While it could be one of the world’s leaders in solar power, Turkey has still not fully tapped its potential.
Turkey has an average daily solar hour of 7.2—almost two times of that of Germany. However, while Germany’s installed capacity is over 40 gigawatts, Turkey only has approximately 6 gigawatts of installed capacity.
